Being a resident of the pension for girls that is run by the Dnepropetrovsk Jewish Community and the&nbsp;<strong>Tzivos Hashem<\/strong>&nbsp;international organisation providing education for Jewish children world-wide, Rachel has been a devoted student which has impressed her teachers as &#8216;brilliant&#8217;. She was voted as the best student a few years in consequence, and The Rogatchi Foundation has been very happy to support this talented and hard-working girl.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rachel has been interested in both general studies and in the special directions of Jewish history and traditions. She has become a winner of several modern and difficult international contests, and thus has evoked attention by the highly reputed school in Jerusalem. Rachel is a very graceful and thoughtful girl, and she seemed to overcome many difficulties on her way to Jerusalem. Characteristically, she did it in a distinctively dignified way, and in a happy turn of events, Rachel&#8217;s efforts have been noticed and responded to accordingly.
