Michael Rogatchi donates Lion Of Jerusalem art work to commemorate the 7th anniversary of the Tallinn New Synagogue

Michael Rogatchi and The Rogatchi Foundation has donated the unique replica of his famous Lion Of Jerusalempainting to the Religious Jewish Community of Estonia in commemoration of the 7th anniversary of the Tallinn New Synagogue.

The unique replica of the Lion Of Jerusalem painting has been produced in a special, hand-made way by the highest fine art museum standards and it exists in the only exemplar. It has been specifically made as the artist and his Foundation’s gift to the Jewish Religious Community of Estonia.

It is not coincidental that the artist has chosen this very painting as his gift to his and his family’s friends at the Jewish Religious Community of Estonia: the community has celebrated an anniversary of their new Beit-Bella Synagogue on that special day, the Day of the Jerusalem.

“There could not be a better theme to be reflected in the gift celebrating the birthday of a new synagogue then the Lion Of Jerusalem. Doubly so if such an anniversary is celebrated together with the Day of Jerusalem, the day of the historic re-unification of the eternal capital of Israel”, – says Michael Rogatchi.

Both the community’s leaders and the public in the full house of the Tallinn synagogue were very happy, excited and grateful to the artist and The Rogatchi Foundation for such a meaningful gift.
