The Letter of Appreciation from the Office of the President of Israel to the Rogatchi Foundation
The Board of the Rogatchi Foundation and the Foundation’s co-founders Michael and Inna Rogatchi are happy to express our deep appreciation and cordial gratitude to the Chief of Staff of the Office of the President of Israel H.E. Isaac Herzog Ms Dikla Cohen- Sheinfeld upon receiving her personal Letter of Commence to The Rogatchi Foundation and its co-founders Michael and Inna Rogatchi.

The Office of the President of Israel did react in that positive and encouraging way on The Rogatchi Foundation international input with regard to the ongoing challenging period to the fairness and public moral orientation towards the State of Israel and its people in the aftermath of the October 7th, 2023 attack, and in particular, to their efforts in the evoking international reaction and compassion towards two young Israeli diplomats who were murdered in New York in May 2025 in what seems to be a premeditated public execution of diplomats.

In her kind and thoughtful addressing dated June 25th, 2025, the Chief of Staff of the Office of the President of Israel writes, among the other things:
“ The brutal murder of Sarah and Yaron, two bright and beautiful young people who were snatched in the prime of their lives in the hateful antisemitic terrorist attack in Washington DC last month, stirred outrage and anguish within the global Jewish community, and indeed, within every community of people who values life, liberty and justice.
I am especially grateful to you for using your capacity, means and deeply-rooted connection with Israel and the Jewish people to bring attention to these crimes, to speak the truth to hatred, and to bring light to the overwhelming darkness of these times. “

Contemplating the current surreal and stunning in its repetition, despite any history lessons, moral ineptness of the large part of the world towards quite clear in its reasons and consequences unfolding situation after October 7th, 2023, the Chief of Staff of the Office of the President of Israel notes firmly:
“We, as a people, will continue to lean into the resource of our indomitable spirit, to defend our people and our principles against the persistence of hatred, to fight to bring our hostages home, and to restore peace and security to our borders, as we look forward to the brighter future for our region and our world. These efforts hinge not only on the strength of our military, but on the depth of the heart that connects us across borders, languages and cultures”.

Addressing the co-founders of The Rogatchi Foundation, Dikla Cohen-Sheinfeld gracefully acknowledged their both ongoing input:
“I salute you, once again, for your depth of heart, for the marked contribution of your voice on the global stage, and for the passion and deep caring it reflects”.
In their turn, the co-founders The Rogatchi Foundation Michael and Inna Rogatchi , the Foundation Board and its International Advisory Council are expressing our all friendsly and cordial gratitude to the Office of the President of Israel H.E. Isaac Herzog and its Chief of Staff Ms Dikla Cohen-Sheinfeld for her kind attention, her thoughtful and special personal Letter of Commence.
